Purchase Conditions

Before your lift ticket purchase is completed, we want to make sure you are aware of the purchase restrictions, which allow us to provide you with exceptional lift ticket deals.

  1. NO CANCELLATIONS All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, changed or transferred, even with a fee. Once you make a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used.

  2. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE WEATHER OR SNOW CONDITIONS We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.

  3. ALL TICKETS ARE DATE SPECIFIC- TICKET DATE CANNOT BE MODIFIED POST PURCHASE Because all lift ticket sales are final, ticket dates and times cannot be changed after purchase. Your lift tickets are only good for the date(s) you selected and cannot be used on a different day or at a different time. Please ensure your ski dates listed above are certain before you purchase any tickets here.

Remember, we want you to be able to take advantage of the deals we offer. If your travel plans are not concrete or you have reason to believe you may need to cancel, please wait to purchase your lift tickets. Come back when you are sure of when and where you can hit the slopes.

Liftopia lift tickets are good only for the exact date you selected during at purchase.

You will not be able to change your ski dates after you complete your purchase or when you go to pick up your lift tickets at the resort.

NO. All lift ticket purchases on Liftopia are final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

While we know this is rigid, these purchase restrictions are what allow our Resort Partners to confidently sell discounted lift tickets through our site. Because resorts know their lift tickets will be sold under precise guidelines, they are able to offer discounts on Liftopia that open up the slopes to more people. Liftopia does not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions or open terrain and we will not issue refunds and changes based on weather UNLESS your resort is closed for the entire day of your lift ticket.

If your travel plans are not concrete or if you have reason to believe you may need to cancel, please wait to purchase your lift tickets until you are certain of your travel plans and dates. You’ll want to be certain you can take advantage of the bargains before you purchase at Liftopia. Keep in mind that weather and snow conditions in the mountains are always changing.

We are constantly working to add more Resort Partners, so if you have a specific destination that you would like to see on Liftopia, please post a suggestion in our forum.
