When I try to create an account it says my email is already taken, but I don't remember creating one. What should I do?

If you have already purchased a product from us, you may already have a Liftopia account. Your account is associated with the email address you used when you made your purchase.

If you are not sure what your password is, go to and click "Forgot password?" to have it emailed to you.
