If I buy a ticket for someone else, do I have to be there to pick it up?

The person named as the skier for each ticket will need to be present to pick up their individual ticket. In most cases, the buyer does not need to be present to redeem tickets.*

As long as you list their names as the Guests on the order, then they can pick the ticket up without you.

*However, at Mount Snow, the purchaser must pick up the lift tickets.

For all other resorts, there are two important things to remember:

1. Tell them to be sure to bring their valid photo ID! Age verification may be required at the ticket window. If they are a teenager without a driver's license, they should bring a school ID.
2. If the buyer is not going to be present, please give the skiers/riders a copy of the email confirmation from Liftopia to print out and bring with them to the ticket window.

Important Note: Liftopia tickets are resort, skier/rider, and date-specific.
