Your order confirmation (also known as a purchase confirmation) is the receipt for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after you complete your order/purchase.
If you did not receive this confirmation email, please check your inbox spam or junk folder to make sure it did not go there. This email should be from email@example.com. You will need your order confirmation to redeem your lift tickets.
If you need a copy of this order confirmation, please log into your account (you may need to "Sign Up" for an account, make sure to use the email address entered at the time of purchase to create an account) Once you are logged into your liftopia.com account, you will be able to view and download your purchase confirmation.
If you accidentally entered the incorrect email address at the time of purchase, please email our support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject Line: RESEND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, and include the last 4 digits of your credit card and the name(s) on the order so we can locate your purchase confirmation.
