How do advanced pass requests work?

The following destinations will allow you to submit your photo and other pertinent information online, in order to have your passes printed and mailed to you prior to your first visit.

You may request advanced passes from up to (4) of the participating destinations:

  • Sun Valley
  • Jackson Hole
  • AspenSnowmass
  • Banff Lake Louise & Sunshine Village
  • Telluride
  • Snowbasin
  • Sugarbush
  • Squaw Valley - Alpine Meadows
  • Mammoth Mountain

The participating Mountain Collective resorts receive hundreds of requests for advanced passes, providing an estimated arrival date alerts the resort of the time available to prepare and deliver your passes!

In order to request advanced passes from a Mountain Collective destination, you must select an estimated arrival date. It does not need to be exact, just an estimation.

Advanced pass requests will not be submitted unless you have uploaded a valid photo, completed your online waiver, provided your mailing address, and selected your resort preferences as well as an estimated arrival date at each.

Please note, we are unable to make any changes to your information once your advanced pass requests are submitted, including destination selections and estimated dates of arrival.

If any requested advanced passes do not arrive prior to your first trip date, simply bring your printed Purchase Confirmation email and Photo ID to redeem your pass on premises. To check on the status of your request pass(es), contact the issuing resort(s) directly.
