Our purchase terms state that we do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain, or number of lifts operating.
These restrictions are one of the main reasons why we are able to get such great deals from your favorite resorts. We make these restrictions very clear on the site and during the purchase path to make sure all of our customers understand and agree to these restrictions.
If, however, your resort was closed for the entire date of your trip, please await an email regarding the closure from our support team or feel free to contact us at: support@liftopia.com, and we will be happy to work with you and the resort to determine an appropriate resolution.
