No, Liftopia does not mail physical lift tickets.
All lift tickets are redeemed at the resort by presenting your printed purchase confirmation email or, in the event that a resort is mobile friendly, with a smartphone and valid photo ID, at the designated pick-up location.
At most resorts, this is done at the main lift ticket window, but if there are more specific instructions, they will be included in the Pickup Instructions on Liftopia.com and in the order confirmation email.
