This could be that your order either did not go through OR that the email you entered at the time of the purchase had a typo in it.
When an order is successfully placed, you will be presented with an order confirmation page [which you could print out] and an order confirmation email is sent out shortly after you place an order. If you placed an order successfully, we can resend your order confirmation email.
