What is Liftopia Credit and how do I use it?

Liftopia Credit is is a credit associated with your Liftopia account email. Liftopia Credit is a non-expiring dollar amount value that one can use towards a purchase of resort products available on Liftopia.com. Excluding, lodging, insurance, the purchase of gift cards and products outside of Liftopia.

In order to use your Liftopia Credit, you will need to log in to your Liftopia.com account.

Once logged in, navigate to the top-right drop-down where it says MY ACCOUNT.

Once you are in MY ACCOUNT, please locate the GIFT CARDS Tab on the left-hand table of contents.

Here you will see all credits applied, gift cards applied, and balances associated with your account.

You may also add additional gift cards to your account here as well with your 16 digit gift card code.

To REDEEM, simply proceed with your ticket purchase while logged into your account. Your credit will automatically apply in the Payment Details section.

Note: a credit card will need to be entered in the credit card field for the order to be processed, even if there is no remaining balance due after the gift credit has been applied. Your card will not be charged if at $0.

If you have not created a Liftopia account yet, you will need to Sign Up before attempting to sign in or reset your password.
