Changing the Date of Your (Ticket) Order

If you have made a purchase and need to change your order ticket start date or incorrectly selected your start date, we are happy to help change your order with a change fee.

Please contact our support team directly by phone at: 800-349-0870 or email us at [e-mail] to schedule a call where we may be able to change the start date of your order for $20 + any additional fees for the new start date*.

*Please know that there are cases where we will not be able to change the start date of your order based on the current details of your order.

For example, if you contact us on or past the start date we will not be able to assist you with the change and the order must be used as it was purchased.
