Our purchase conditions state that we do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain, or the number of lifts operating. These restrictions are one of the main reasons why we are able to get such great deals from your favorite resorts.
However, if your resort was closed for the entire date of your trip, please contact Liftopia Customer Support at support@liftopia.com, or fill out our Support Form and we will be happy to work with you and the resort to determine an appropriate resolution.
Typically, if the closure is determined prior to [or on your] trip date, you will receive an email from our support team providing a non-expiring Liftopia Credit which you can apply to another purchase in the future.
