All of our tickets are resort-specific, skier/rider-specific, and date-specific, so please double-check all of your ticket details before placing your order.
If you have made a purchase and need to change your order's ticket start date or change the names of the riders, we are happy to help change your order for a change fee.
Please contact our support team directly by phone at: 800-349-0870 or email us at email@example.com to schedule a call where we may be able to change the start date of your order for $20 per ticket + any additional fees for the new start date*. For a name change, this would be $20 per ticket.
*Please know that there are cases where we will not be able to change the start date of your order, or the name, based on the current details of your order.
For example, if you contact us on or past the start date we will not be able to assist you with the change and the order must be used as it was purchased.
In the case of a skier name typo, we are happy to help!
