What if the weather is bad on the date of my tickets?

Our purchase terms state that we do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain, or number of lifts operating.

These restrictions are one of the main reasons why we are able to get such great deals from your favorite resorts.

If, however, your resort was closed for the entire date of your trip, please contact Liftopia Customer Support at 800.349.0870 or, and we will be happy to work with you and the resort to determine an appropriate resolution.
