If a road is fully closed to a resort and there is not an alternative route within two hours, please reach out to our support team via email: support@liftopia.com with your order confirmation number, or fill out our Support Form and we will be happy to work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
We will confirm the closure and cancel your tickets. In return, we will provide you with a non-expiring Liftopia Credit for the full amount of your purchase to use towards a future purchase on Liftopia.com
