We are sorry to hear about your vehicle! All purchases on Liftopia.com are final and cannot be modified or canceled after a purchase is completed.
However, we do understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may prevent you from traveling as planned. In order to see if you are eligible for a Liftopia credit, please send us the following information to support@liftopia.com so that we can verify your car was unable to travel and your party was unable to travel during the date(s) of the Liftopia booking.
Once we receive this information, we will be able to make a decision: a copy of the receipt from the towing company, auto shop, etc. in the ticket holder's name on the date of Liftopia booking.
Please send us your documentation within 10 business days, or we will be unable to assist you with your request.
Please note that we cannot offer you a date change for your order(s) but we will issue you a Liftopia credit in the amount of your order(s), if eligible upon review. The Liftopia credit can be used toward a future lift ticket purchase on our site and it will not expire.
